2020 was a difficult and emotional year for everyone. Every day, the staff of the Sir John Monash Centre make every effort to offer you a unique and memorable experience. Commemoration of the Great War and preservation of the Australian heritage are part of our core mission and we are always pleased to receive your feedback on your visit.

This year, the Sir John Monash Centre was honoured to receive two awards for the quality of the welcome and exhibition:

– The Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice 2020 Award. Awarded by the Tripadvisor platform, this prize recognises the Sir John Monash Centre as one of the best tourist destinations in the world and reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence in hospitality.

– The Quality Tourism label. Created by the French government, this label was awarded to us for the quality of our welcome and services. It offers us ways to improve in order to enhance the way we welcome you and provide a quality experience.
