The Sir John Monash Centre is located just behind the Australian National Memorial halfway between the towns of Villers-Bretonneux, Corbie and Fouilloy.

How to get to the site by road or by train
Drive time to the Sir John Monash Centre is approximately 20 minutes from Amiens and 90 minutes from Paris. Free parking is available on site.
A direct train from Paris to Amiens or Longueau will take just over one hour. In Amiens, you can take a taxi to the Australian National Memorial (between €35 and €40 a fare), or alternatively catch a connecting train to Villers-Bretonneux.
There are no taxi ranks at the Australian National Memorial, nor the Longueau or Villers-Bretonneux train stations. To ensure you secure a taxi at your chosen time and location, we recommend booking it in advance as we cannot always guarantee their availability. On foot from Villers-Bretonneux
From Villers-Bretonneux you can either call a taxi or enjoy the 3km walk up to the Centre via the footpath (Rue d’Aubigny, Villers-Bretonneux) and stop by the Victoria School and Franco-Australian Museum on your way.
Travelling by bike 
The Sir John Monash Centre has been certified ‘Accueil vélo’, reflecting our commitment to welcoming cyclists. To this end, you will find bike racks at the entrance to the site, where you can park your bike securely and free of charge.
Located close to the Somme Valley cycle route, the Sir John Monash Centre is a great stop-off point on your journey.
If you have detachable saddlebags, you can store them in the lockers available at the Sir John Monash Centre. You can also recharge your phones and GPS devices at the Centre during your visit.
Once on site
The Sir John Monash Centre is located just behind the Australian National Memorial. Follow signage from the information building next to the car park and walk up the Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery to the Memorial.
Once you are in front of the Memorial, signage indicates access to the Centre through the pavilions on each side of the Memorial and down the ramps.

A disabled access car park is located closer to the Sir John Monash Centre, at the end of the paved road to the side of the orientation building. Please call the intercom at the boom gate for access.
